Diversity and Civil Rights
GR&C is currently part of a team of
consultants, assembled by the management consulting firm,
The Baldwin Group, engaged in a project to measure, assess,
and develop recommendations to enhance management's
knowledge and understanding of workforce diversity policy
and best practices, and equal employment opportunity and
civil rights law. The multi-disciplinary team consists
oflegal experts, EEO/diversity trainers, and survey
researchers. GRC contributed to the instrument design,
programmed the questionnaire for online administration, and
will provide a quality control review the final report.
This study, still in progress, is being conducted for the
Office of Civil Rights and the Human Resources Department
of a government agency.
