Consulting worked with The Baldwin Group (a team of
management consultants) to develop and implement an online
survey of attorneys and support staff for the law division
of a major federal agency. The purpose of the survey was to
elicit information about job performance and office
productivity. Assisted with the data analysis and presented
the interim results to the department’s senior
leadership.
